The Yorkshire Dales Food Network is a network of local food producers, restaurants, retailers and accommodation providers based in North Yorkshire and the Yorkshire Dales.
The network aims to bring together local food businesses and enable them to reach each other and consumers in order to do more business and ultimately strengthen the local food economy.
The uplands of the Yorkshire Dales relies heavily on both tourism and food production and both of these things go hand in hand. We feel that by helping local food businesses collaborate and communicate with their target markets more effectively, we can make a difference.
One of the goals of the network is to become sustainable by earning income from it’s trade members and by finding sponsors to help it achieve it’s objectives.
