Kilnsey Show

The REAL Showcase
REAL Food and Farming will be holding a showcase event at the annual Kilnsey Show this year to draw attention to the uplands of the Yorkshire Dales and their importance to the environment, community and the local economy.
This year the emphasis of the REAL showcase will be on local food and the people involved in it’s production and sale to the public.
There will be a number of marquees and outdoor attractions for visitors to look at and get involved in and we hope that the whole event will be both informative and entertaining.
Children’s Area
A chance for parents to relax and kids to get involved in all sorts of activities.
This year there will be all the usual hands on activities, all the fun and all the mess, but you don’t need to worry about the cleaning up afterwards.
The Wider Show
The Kilnsey Show promises a very full day’s activity and opens to visitors at 9.00am finishing at around 7.00pm with plenty of food, drink and bargains at over 100 trade stalls. More than this, it is the best place to see the working face of the Dales and get some idea of what hill farming is all about while at the same time having a first class day out.
Admission to the showground is £10 for adults, £2 for children 16 and below and for those under 5′s FREE.
Parking on the showground is £15 at the main gate, entrance A, and £5 at Conistone Bridge, entrance C. Off the showground parking is FREE.
